Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides essential operational support to One Stop Cancer Shop Nebraska. This role assists with scheduling, communication, event coordination, and administrative tasks that help the Project Coordinator manage community-based cancer-screening activities. The position is part-time at 8 hours per week, paid hourly, with no additional benefits.
Key Responsibilites

Event coordination — Support logistics for screening events, including communication with partners and preparation of materials.

Meeting scheduling — Assist the Project Coordinator in scheduling internal meetings, community partner meetings, and planning sessions.

Finance campaign assistance — Provide administrative support for fundraising and finance campaigns, including donor tracking, outreach emails, and organizing campaign materials.

Volunteer communication — Maintain volunteer lists, send reminders, and track participation.

Community outreach support — Respond to inquiries and direct community members to screening sign-up pages.

Data entry — Maintain attendance logs, contact lists, and follow-up information.

Document preparation — Prepare agendas, notes, flyers, and simple reports.

Record keeping — Organize digital files and maintain shared drives.

Phone & email support — Answer calls and emails and route messages appropriately.
